I really want to learn to do really nice professional web designs. So get a book, take a class, make shit and practice. The more time you spend the better you'll get.

Expertise #1: Crossover
I have been playing basketball for 15 years and I'm still lacking a killer crossover. I have spent too much time working on my 3-point jumper and not enough time practicing my handles and cross. My left has made leaps in just the past few weeks, however I now want to master my handles and break some ankles!
Goals: Get a killer crossover like BD, AI, Kobe.
Deadline: 1 month
Commitment: 5 hours a week
Drills: 25 right to left, 25 left to right, jab steps redirect, finish with left and right from middle.
Mike will get us started with the jab step cross:

... then we eventually want to be on this level:
